Section 23-1707. NOTICE OF APPEARANCE

1707.1No person may appear before the Board in a representative capacity prior to submission of a signed statement containing that person's name, address, occupation, telephone number, and the nature of representation.

1707.2The written statement required under § 1707.1 shall be made a part of the record of the proceeding.

1707.3Any attorney appearing as counsel in any proceeding shall execute a notice of appearance containing his or her name, office address, office telephone number, D.C. Bar number, and the nature of representation.

1707.4In the case of law students who appear before the Board under the direction of an accredited law school clinical program, the supervising attorney shall register with the Board.
