Section 23-2003. STORAGE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

2003.1The licensee under a Caterer's license may store alcoholic beverages in the District of Columbia upon the approval of the Board. The licensee under a Caterer's license shall not store alcoholic beverages intended for use in the District of Columbia outside of the District of Columbia. Specific approval shall not be required for any caterer that also holds an on-premises retailer’s license under D.C. Official Code §§ 25-113(a)-(e).
