Section 23-204. DISPOSAL PERMIT

 

204.1A disposal permit shall allow the holder of a Retailer's license who (1) has had its license revoked or (2) is going out of business to sell and transport its remaining alcoholic beverages to other District retailers or wholesalers. The permit application shall specify the purchaser(s) and quantity and brand name of the alcoholic beverages sold.

 

204.2Alcoholic beverages sold under this permit must be delivered to either the establishment of the purchasing licensee or another location in the District approved by the Board.

 

204.3A disposal permit shall expire after thirty (30) days.
