Section 23-503. AMENDMENT BEFORE MAKING SUBSTANTIAL CHANGES

503.1The Board may fine, revoke, and suspend a license, or deny a pending application for renewal of a license, when a license holder has been found to have made a substantial change in its operations as described in D.C. Official Code § 25-762 without Board approval.
