Section 23-701. POSTING OF LEGAL DRINKING AGE AND IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT

701.1The notice required to be posted by the applicant pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 25-713, which must state the current legal drinking age and the requirement of patrons to produce a valid identification displaying proof of age, shall be provided to the applicant by the ABC Board at the time the license is delivered to the applicant.
