Section 23-706. LOCKING OF BEVERAGES DURING NON-SALE HOURS

706.1No holder of a Retailer's license Class A, B, C, or D who offers for sale on the licensed premises commodities other than alcoholic beverages shall remain open during hours when the sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited unless the licensee keeps all of the alcoholic beverages upon the premises in a separate beverage department which is securely closed and locked or there is a licensed manager or owner on the premises during all hours when the sale of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
