Section 23-709. NOTICE OF EMPLOYEE'S CRIMINAL CONVICTION

709.1Each licensee shall immediately notify the Board in writing if the licensee discovers that any employee who sells, gives, furnishes, or distributes any alcoholic beverage has at any time prior to or during his or her employment been arrested or convicted for other than minor traffic violations. For purposes of this section, "immediately" shall mean notifying the Board within seven (7) days of discovering the criminal conviction.
