Section 24-1512. RETURN OF ANIMAL ON CONDITION OF PAYMENT

1512.1WHS may require the owner to pay the reasonable expenses incurred by WHS during the custodial period. The reasonableness of the expenses shall be determined by the President or his or her designee, as set forth in § 1509.2(b)(3).
1512.2WHS may retain custody of the animal until the owner reimburses WHS for such expenses.
