Section 24-2312. FINGERPRINTS AND PHOTOGRAPHS

    2312.1 Each person registering a firearm or renewing a registration pursuant to § 2326 shall be fingerprinted, unless all of the following apply:

    (a) [RESERVED];

    (b) The applicants fingerprints on file are, in the opinion of the Director, of the required quality; and

    (c) The applicant offers sufficient identification to establish the applicants identity as the same person whose fingerprints are already on file.

    2312.2Each person registering a firearm shall be photographed, at no charge, by the Director and the photograph shall be included as part of the registration application.
