Section 24-2709. TRAINING

2709.1MPD shall require all members assigned to the Intelligence Section, Intelligence Fusion Division, to attend training on the Police Investigations Concerning First Amendment Act of 2004 and the rules promulgated to implement the Act.

2709.2MPD shall require all members assigned to the Intelligence Section, Intelligence Fusion Division, to sign an acknowledgement that they have received, read, understood, will abide by, and will maintain a copy of this Act and the rules promulgated to implement it.
