Section 24-3703. ENFORCEMENT AND ADJUDICATION

3703.1Notices of Infractions for violations of the Act, this chapter, or any condition of a Special Tree Removal Permit shall be issued, answered, and adjudicated pursuant to the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs Civil Infraction Act of 1985, effective October 5, 1985 (D.C. Law 6-42; D.C. Official Code §§ 2-1801.06 et seq.) and the provisions of Chapter 31 of Title 16 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations.
