Section 24-4203. THIRD PARTY INSTALLATION OF SECURITY CAMERA

  • 4203.1The Office shall contract with a third party entity to provide the following services:

    (a) Purchase of the security camera systems; and

    (b) Installation of the security camera system at the Applicant’s residence.

    4203.2Upon determination that the third party entity has complied with all the requirements of this section, payment shall be made to the third party entity.

    4203.3The third party entity shall:

    (a)Coordinate with the Applicant the date and time of installing the security camera system at the Applicant’s residence; and

    (b) Be solely responsible for the purchase and installation of the security camera system at the Applicant’s residence.

    4203.4The third party entity shall not provide an uninstalled security camera system to any Applicant.

    4203.5Once the installation is complete, the Applicant shall own the security camera system.
