Section 24-518. HEALTH INSPECTION CERTIFICATE: APPLICATION

    518.1A person shall apply for a health inspection certificate with the information and documents required by, and pursuant to the procedures of, the DOH Director. The DOH Director may require that a vendor submit to DOH the business address of the supplier of all prepared foods that the person intends to vend as required in Chapter 37, Subtitle A (Food and Food Operations) of Title 25 of the DCMR.
