Section 24-558. INSPECTIONS: FOOD PREPARATION AND HANDLING

    558.1The vendor’s food preparation, handling, transportation, and storage operations shall be subject to inspection at any time to verify compliance with applicable provisions of Subtitle A of Title 25 of the DCMR and any conditions imposed by the health inspection certificate.

     

    558.2Each food vending business shall be inspected by the DOH Director at least once every six (6) months.  Failure to pass an inspection shall be cause for summary suspension of the vendor’s Vending Business License and Vending Site Permit pursuant to §§ 507, 512, and 516.
