Section 24-617. VALET PARKING SIGNS AND NOTICE OF VALET PARKING FEES

617.1Each licensee shall place and maintain a legible and conspicuous sign that complies with the requirements of the District Department of Transportation, as provided for in Title 24, Chapter 16 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations.

617.2Each sign shall state the fees charged for the valet parking of motor vehicles.

617.3No licensee shall charge, or permit to be charged, any greater fee than is posted.
