Section 24-702. OUTDOOR RELIGIOUS SERVICES

702.1An applicant shall apply in writing or in person to the Chief of Police two (2) weeks in advance of the scheduled religious service.
702.2Applications that are not made two (2) weeks in advance shall not be considered.
702.3Each applicant shall be required to supply the following information:
(a)The applicant's full name, address, and phone number;
(b)The exact location where the applicant plans to speak or preach; and
(c)The exact corner (north, south, east, or west) and the intersection, if the applicant wishes to speak on a street corner.
