Section 25-A1401. MULTI-USE - CAST IRON, USE LIMITATION

1401.1Cast iron shall not be used for utensils or food-contact surfaces of equipment, except as specified in §§ 1401.2 and 1401.3.
1401.2Cast iron may be used as a surface for cooking.
1401.3Cast iron may be used in utensils for serving food if the utensils are used only as part of an uninterrupted process from cooking through service.
