Section 25-A1904. METHODS - DRY CLEANING

    1904.1If used, dry cleaning methods such as brushing, scraping, and vacuuming shall contact only surfaces that are soiled with dry food residues that are not potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety food). 

     

    1904.2Cleaning equipment used in dry cleaning food-contact surfaces shall not be used for any other purpose.
