Section 25-A2202. LUBRICATING AND REASSEMBLING - FOOD-CONTACT SURFACES, AND EQUIPMENT

 

2202.1Lubricants as specified in § 3408 shall be applied to food-contact surfaces that require lubrication in a manner that does not contaminate food-contact surfaces. 

 

2202.2Equipment shall be reassembled so that food-contact surfaces are not contaminated.
