Section 25-A2600. MOBILE HOLDING TANK, CAPACITY, AND DRAINAGE

 

2600.1A sewage holding tank in a mobile food establishment shall be fifteen percent (15) larger in capacity than the water supply tank and sloped to a drain that is twenty-five millimeters (25 mm) or one inch (1 in.) in inner diameter or greater, equipped with a shut-off valve.
