Section 25-A2706. NUMBERS AND CAPACITIES - STORAGE AREAS, ROOMS, AND RECEPTACLES

2706.1An inside storage room and area, outside storage area and enclosure, and receptacles shall be of sufficient capacity to hold the refuse, recyclables, and returnables that accumulate.
2706.2A receptacle shall be provided in each area of the food establishment or premises where refuse is generated or commonly discarded, or where recyclables or returnables are placed.
2706.3If disposable towels are used at handwashing sinks, a waste receptacle shall be located at each sink or group of adjacent sinks.
