Section 25-A3700. LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS - PREREQUISITE FOR OPERATION

3700.1No person shall operate as a food vendor without a license issued by the Mayor in accordance with § 4300.1. P
3700.2No person shall operate as a food vendor with an expired license. Pf

3700.4No person shall operate as a food vendor without a Food Protection Manager Certificate and a Department of Health-issued (DOH-Issued) Certified Food Protection Manager Identification Card in accordance with § 203. P
3700.5No person shall operate a mobile food unit without a valid Health Inspection Certificate issued by the Department in accordance with § 3706.1. P
3700.6No person shall possess, prepare or vend any food requiring further processing from its original state aboard a mobile food unit without meeting the requirements of § 3700.4 and § 3701 and this Code. P
3700.7No person shall operate a depot, commissary or service support facility that services a mobile food unit without a valid license to operate issued by the Mayor in accordance with § 4300.1. P
3700.8No person shall operate as a food vendor, or operate a depot, commissary, or service support facility that services a mobile food unit with a license that has been suspended for violations of this Code. P
