Section 25-A3707. FOOD VENDORS - PREOPERATIONAL INSPECTIONS, FREQUENCY

 

3707.1The Department shall conduct one (1) or more preoperational inspections to verify that the mobile food unit is constructed and equipped in compliance with this chapter. P 

 

3707.2The Department shall inspect a mobile food unit once every six (6) months, or more frequently pursuant to complaints. P
