Section 25-A3805. RESIDENTIAL KITCHENS - PHYSICAL FACILITIES

    3805.1Food service preparation and storage areas shall be constructed and maintained to prevent the entry of pests and other vermin in accordance with Chapter 32.

     

    3805.2Pets may be present on the premises, but shall be kept out of food preparation and dining areas during food preparation and service to the public.

     

    3805.3Laundry facilities may be present in the kitchen, but shall not be used during food preparation and service to the public.

     

    3805.4Cooking facilities in the kitchen shall not be available to guests.

     

    3805.5Impervious receptacles shall be provided for storage of garbage and refuse in accordance with Chapter 27.

     

    3805.6Hot and cold water under pressure shall be provided in accordance with Chapter 23.
