Section 25-A4105. VARIANCES - EFFECT OF ALTERNATIVE MEASURES OR CONDITIONS

 

4105.1Alternative measures or conditions described in a variance shall have the force and effect of law.

 

4105.2If a licensee violates any alternative measures or conditions described in a variance, the licensee shall be subjected to the enforcement actions and penalties provided in this Code.
