Section 25-A4107. VARIANCES - RENEWAL

4107.1A request for the renewal of a variance shall be submitted to the Department in writing thirty (30) calendar days before its expiration date.
4107.2Renewal requests shall contain the information specified in § 4103.
4107.3The Department shall renew a variance if the food establishment continues to satisfy the criteria specified in § 4102 or the conditions set forth in § 4104 and demonstrates compliance with the alternative measures or conditions imposed at the time the original variance was approved.
4107.4A variance may not be renewed if there has been a material change in the conditions upon which the variance was granted or the licensee failed to comply with the approved variance. Pf
