Section 25-A4301. APPLICATION PROCEDURE - PERIOD FOR SUBMISSION

4301.1An applicant shall submit an application for a license at least thirty (30) calendar days before the date planned for opening a food establishment or the expiration date of the current license for an existing facility.
4301.2Licenses shall cover one (1) or two (2) year periods as provided by District law.
4301.3Fees shall be prorated for licenses issued after the beginning of the license period.
