Section 25-A4411. VIOLATION OF PRIORITY ITEMS OR PRIORITY FOUNDATION ITEMS - VERIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF CORRECTION

4411.1After observing at the time of inspection a correction of a violation of a priority item or priority foundation item or deviation, the Department shall enter the violation and information about the corrective action on the inspection report.
4411.2After receiving notification that the licensee has corrected a violation of a priority item or priority foundation item or HACCP Plan deviation, or at the end of the specified period of time as stated in § 4410.2, the Department shall verify correction of the violation, document the information on an inspection report, and enter the report in the Department's records.
