Section 25-A4718. ADMINISTRATIVE - SUMMARY SUSPENSION, TERM OF SUSPENSION, REINSTATEMENT

 

4718.1A summary suspension shall remain in effect until the conditions cited in the summary suspension order no longer exist and elimination of the cited conditions has been confirmed by the Department through re-inspection and other means, as appropriate.

 

4718.2A license that has been summarily suspended shall be reinstated if the Department determines that the public health hazard or nuisance cited in the summary suspension order no longer exists. The Department shall provide the licensee or person in charge with a notice of reinstatement.
