Section 25-B1000. FOOD LABELING

    1000.1Food packaged or stored in a food processing operation shall be labeled in accordance with 21 CFR 101.3 - Identity labeling of food in packaged form, and 9 CFR 317.345 - Guidelines for voluntary nutrition labeling of single ingredient, raw product.

     

    1000.2Labels shall include all information required by federal laws, except when exemptions exist, such as those documented in section 403(Q)(3)-(5) of the Federal Food Act, 21 CFR 101.3 - Identity labeling of food in packaged form, and 9 CFR 317.345 - Guidelines for voluntary nutrition labeling of single ingredient, raw product.
