Section 25-B1002. LABELING - ACCURATE REPRESENTATION

1002.1Food shall be labeled and offered for human consumption in a way that does not mislead or misinform the consumer.

1002.2Food or color additives, colored overwraps, or lights may not be used to misrepresent the true appearance, color, or quality of the food.
