Section 25-B1209. EQUIPMENT - GOOD REPAIR, COMPLIANCE

1209.1All equipment shall be in good repair and shall be so installed and maintained as to facilitate the cleaning of the equipment and of all adjacent spaces between the equipment.
1209.2Existing cooling, heating, or temperature holding equipment that does not comply with this Code shall be replaced as specified in sections 3108.7 and 3108.8.
