Section 25-B1618. REMOVAL - RECEPTACLES OR VEHICLES

1618.1Refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be removed from the premises by way of:

(a)Portable receptacles that meet District law; or

(b)A transport vehicle that is maintained and operated according to District law.
