Section 25-B1905. HANDWASHING SINKS - HANDWASHING SIGNAGE

1905.1A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees.
1905.2Food processing operations shall provide signs directing food employees handling unprotected food, unprotected food-packaging materials, or food- contact surfaces where to wash and, where appropriate, to sanitize their hands.
1905.3Handwashing signs shall be posted in food processing areas and in all other areas where employees handle food, food-packaging materials, or food- contact surfaces. If necessary, the signs shall be multilingual.
