Section 25-B2811. PLUMBING AND RELATED FACILITIES

2811.1The dealer shall, in accordance with chapters 14 and 15, design, install, modify, repair, and maintain all plumbing and plumbing fixtures to:
(a)Prevent contamination of water supplies; and
(b)Prevent any cross-connection between the pressurized potable water supply and water from an unacceptable source. The dealer shall install and maintain in good working order devices to protect against backflow and back siphonage.
2811 .2Shellstock washing storage tanks and related plumbing shall be fabricated from safe materials and tank construction shall:
(a)Be easily accessible for cleaning and inspection;
(b)Be self-draining; and
(c)Meet the requirements for food contact surfaces contained in subtitle D.
