3005.1The Department shall conduct one (1) or more preoperational inspections to verify that the food processing operation is constructed and equipped in accordance with approved plans and approved modifications to those plans, has established standard operating procedures for food processing methods that will be used, and is in compliance with applicable laws and this Code.
