Section 25-B3109. CONDITIONS OF RETENTION - LICENSE OR DEALER CERTIFICATION NOT TRANSFERABLE

3109.1A license or dealer certification shall not be transferred from one person to another person, or from one type of food processing operation to another if the operation changes from the type of processing operation stated in the application, as specified in section 3103, and the change in operation is not approved.
