Section 25-B3525. JUDICIAL - CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INJUNCTIVE RELIEF, IMPRISONMENT

    3525.1Any person who knowingly violates any provision of this Code shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed ten thousand dollars ($10,000), imprisonment not to exceed one (1) year, or both, for each violation. Each day of any failure to comply with this Code shall constitute a separate offense and the penalties prescribed in this section shall apply to each separate offense in accordance with section 9(c) of the An Act Relating to the adulteration of food and drugs in the District of Columbia, approved February 17, 1898 (30 Stat. 248; D.C. Official Code § 48-109(c)).
