1002.1Any person aggrieved by a final order or decision of the Department may seek judicial review in accordance with the Department of Health Functions Clarification Act of 2001, effective October 3, 2001, as amended (D.C. Law 14-28; D.C. Official Code § 7-731(b) (2012 Repl.)).
