Section 25-C501. EQUIPMENT ROOMS - FLOOR COVERING*

501.1The equipment room floor shall be of concrete or other nonabsorbent material having a smooth slip resistant finish and shall have positive drainage, including a sump pump if necessary.

501.2Ancillary equipment, such as a heater, shall be stored in an equipment room as specified in Subsection 500.1.
