Section 25-C612. FACILITY MAINTENANCE - REMOVING DEAD OR TRAPPED BIRDS, INSECTS, RODENTS, & OTHER PESTS, AND ANIMAL PROHIBITION*

612.1Dead or trapped birds, insects, rodents, and other pests shall be removed from control devices and the premises at a frequency that prevents their accumulation, decomposition or the attraction of pests.

612.2 Animals shall not be allowed in aquatic facilities.
