Section 25-C6406. SWIMMING POOL AND SPA OPERATORS - DUTIES, KNOWLEDGE*

6406.1A certified pool or spa operator shall be on duty during all hours the swimming pool or spa is open to the public.

6406.2Swimming pool and spa operators shall be knowledgeable in the areas specified in section 6405.

6406.3All swimming pool and spa operators shall obtain a District-issued permit, issued by the Department, which shall be renewed every three (3) years.
