Section 25-C6453. CONDITIONS OF RETENTION - RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE LICENSEE

6453.1Upon receipt of a license issued by the Department, the licensee, in order to retain the license, shall comply with this section.
6453.2The licensee shall post the license and current inspection results in a conspicuous location within the swimming pool or spa facility as specified in section 6449.3.
6453.3The licensee shall comply with the provisions of these regulations and approved plans as specified in section 6442.
6453.4The licensee shall immediately discontinue operations and notify the Department if an imminent health hazard exists as specified in section 6463.
6453.5The licensee shall allow representatives of the Department access to its swimming pool or spa facility as specified in section 6455.
6453.6The licensee shall replace existing facilities and equipment approved for use before the effective date of these regulations with facilities and equipment as specified in sections 6420.5 and 6420.6.
