6477.1Equipment, chemicals, or other operational supplies that are subject to a condemnation order may not be used, sold, moved, or otherwise destroyed by any person, except as specified in section 6477.2.

6477.2The Department may allow the licensee to store the equipment, chemicals, or other operational supplies in an area of the swimming pool or spa that does not restrict the facility's operations.
