Section 25-C719. NONCRITICAL VIOLATIONS – TIME FRAME FOR CORRECTION

    719.1The licensee shall correct noncritical violations by a date and time agreed to or specified by the Department but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the inspection, except as specified in Subsection 719.2. 

     

    719.2The Department may approve a compliance schedule that extends beyond the time limits specified in Subsection 719.1 if the licensee submits a written schedule of compliance and no health hazard exists or will result from allowing an extended schedule for compliance.

     

    719.3Failure to correct violations in accordance with this section may result in the revocation or suspension of a license pursuant to Section 812, and the issuance of Notice of Infractions pursuant to Section 1000, and civil penalties pursuant to Section 1001.
