Section 25-C901. SERVICE OF PROCESS - DEPARTMENT ISSUED NOTICES OF SUMMARY SUSPENSION, NOTICES OF INFRACTION, AND OTHER DIRECTIVES

Latest version.

901.1Notices of Summary Suspension, Notices of Infraction, and other directives issued by the Department shall be:

(a)Served as specified in Subsection 900.1; or

(b)Posted by the Department at a public entrance to the swimming pool, spa pool, or sauna.
