Section 25-D1307. IMMINENT HEALTH HAZARD - RESUMPTION OF OPERATIONS

1307.1If operations are discontinued as specified in section 1306 or otherwise according to applicable D.C. laws and regulations, the licensee shall obtain approval from the Department before resuming operations.
1307.2The Department shall determine whether a licensee needs to discontinue operations that are unaffected by the imminent health hazard in a massage establishment or health spa facility as determined by the Department or other District agency.
