Section 25-D1611. ADMINISTRATIVE - SUMMARY SUSPENSION, TIME FRAME FOR REINSPECTION

1611.1After receiving a written request from the licensee stating that the conditions cited in the summary suspension order no longer exist, the Department shall conduct a reinspection of the massage establishment or health spa facility for which the license was summarily suspended within three (3) business days of receiving the request.
