1900.1Any person aggrieved by a final order or decision of the Department may seek judicial review in accordance with the Health Functions Clarification Act of 2002, effective October 3, 2001, (D.C. Law 14-28; D.C. Official Code § 7-731(b)) (2008 Repl.), as amended.
