Section 25-D201. LICENSE AND DISTRICT-ISSUED IDENTIFICATION CARD REQUIREMENTS - LICENSEES, MANAGERS, AND MASSAGE THERAPISTS

201.1 All licensees or managers of massage establishments or health spa facilities shall obtain a District-issued Massage Establishment or Health Spa Facility Manager Identification Card, issued by the Department, which shall be renewed annually.

201.2All massage therapists shall obtain a District-issued Massage Therapist Health Identification Card, issued by the Department, which shall be renewed annually.
